Step 1 - Increase Your Fiber Intake
First, you will need to buy psyllium. Psyllium is extremely high in fiber and help even those who are severely constipated to go to the washroom almost right away!  Simply take 1 tablespoon in the morning with 2 large glasses of water and 1 tablespoon in the evening with 2 large glasses of water.  If you still cannot go, increase your water intake.  

Psyllium needs water to expand and to work.  It gently cleanses out the colon and helps to the body to get rid of waste fast.

Step 2 - Increase The Healthy Bacteria in Your Colon
Next, you will need to take probiotics.  Probiotics are the name for a group of healthy bacteria in the body.  They encourage your body to function properly and prevent serious health problems from occurring such as Candidiasis or Candida. 

Step 3 - Change Your Diet
